Self Guide to CBT-I $14.99   $9.99:

Delta Sleep Coaching’s 31 page guide covering the methods and techniques of CBT-I including: the basics of sleep, understanding the 3 P’s of insomnia, improving sleep hygiene, sleep restriction and stimulus control, cognitive restructuring, healthy daytime habits, and more.

    One Hour Sleep Coaching Call $150   $100:

    Talk to our sleep coach about your personal sleep problems and discuss what methods/techniques may improve them. ALL sleep related topics are welcome! Our sleep coach has over 20 years of clinical experience and can discuss topics such as sleep apnea testing, CPAP compliance, restless leg syndrome, insomnia techniques and MUCH MORE! We can help lead you in the right direction for improved sleep!

      Personalized Sleep Improvement Plan without One-on-One Coaching $500   $399:

      1 week of daily sleep tracking will be provided through online sleep diaries to help tailor the sleep improvement plan to your needs.

      An 8 week sleep plan will be created by our sleep coach with goals to reach each week. Manageable, personalized goals each week make this plan an easy-to-follow option on your own!

      After the sleep plan is created, a 1 hour phone call is included to go over this plan where you can ask any questions you would like to further personalize the plan to your comfort level. This plan is yours to keep!

      The Self-Guide to CBT-I is included (a $14.99 value).

      Additional follow up phone calls can be purchased at $100 per hour (above)

        Personalized 8 Week CBT-I Program with One-on-One Coaching $2,500   $1,499:

        Daily sleep tracking will be provided through online sleep diaries to help our sleep coach identify and tailor your sleep plan for the entirety of the program. Sleep diary reminders will be emailed to you each morning and a completed copy will be sent to you for your records. Sleep diaries are reviewed by your sleep coach daily, and feedback is offered when needed via email.

        An initial 1 hour phone call discussing your personal sleep issues, detailing your sleep improvement plan, goals for the week, and time for questions/answers.

        30 minute weekly progress update phone calls will be held with our sleep coach, scheduled conveniently by you using Calendly. These phone calls provide one-on-one access to your sleep coach and offer ongoing support and accountability, goals tracking and/or modification, and a time to discuss any of your questions or concerns. We are with you every step of this journey!

        You will receive access to our Learning Center videos that include topics such as How Does Insomnia Happen, What To Do At Night When Awake, Worry And Sleep, Caffeine Intake, and more.

        The Self-Guide to CBT-I is included (a $14.99 value).

        After completing the program, a 1 month follow up phone call is included to ensure continued results long-term.
